COTEBA Project Managers assess the environmental effects of their projects; this includes impacts on the natural surroundings and wider community. COTEBA designers and contractors are encouraged to carry out their work with environmental sensitivity.

COTEBA can assess your buildings for a BREEAM rating. We have qualified International Assessors who can offer guidance and advice on how best to achieve the desired standard. Our skills allow us to work with the design team to ensure the optimal environmental performance for your building and achieve the best possible BREEAM rating.
