COTEBA is its people - Toni Dalton

Qualified as a building surveyor, Toni has now spent 21 years working as a Commercial Manager and a fair number of those in her muddy site boots. She has spent the last 5 years in Hammersmith with COTEBA. Toni is the Commercial manager for the ExxonMobil project, she has direct contact with the client and manages 10 members of her commercial team.

“I’ve enjoyed working on this pan-European project as I liaise with people from countries throughout Europe on a daily basis. It's also given me the opportunities to develop and improve management systems, which has led to the UK being identified as a model to be followed throughout the European offices. It has been a gratifying experience to help develop this unique relationship that we have with our clients at ExxonMobil."
